Our Pre-Event Film Order Guidelines

For most tournaments, film packages include 3 games. For most showcases & recruiting camps, film packages include all games.
- This is indicated on the film purchase page for each event.
We guarantee 3 games, but we cannot guarantee which games.
We only market individual and team packages to the classes of 2021 - 2024.
- If you are part of a team that is 2025 or younger, you are still welcome to place a film order. We will do our best to get our videography crew to your games.
- We will issue you a full refund for any games that we are not able to film.
All individual film orders are single user downloads, meaning the the film rights are granted to one user only (the user that purchased the package) and cannot be shared with outside users.

Post-Event Film Order Guidelines

You will be contact following the event & notified if any of your games are available for purchase. You will be able to purchase those games right from the purchase portal linked in the email. These emails will be sent out no later than 10 business days following the event.
- That film posted to the Available Video section of your SportsRecruits profile. You can locate your available event film by logging into your SportsRecruits account. From there, navigate to the "Video" tab. The film available is listed in the "Available" section. You can watch a 3-minute preview of each game on your SportsRecruits account, and purchase a film package right from there. All of the package pricing will be shown for you as well.

If we ended up filming more than 3 of your games and you already purchased a film package, you can purchase the extra games (such as playoffs or championship games) for $50 each.
