Team Film packages are available for purchase pre-event to allow multiple families from the same team to purchase film at a discounted rate. For Team Film to be cost effective, teams need a minimum of just 4 families participating.
If you have a full team that is interested in film from an event, the best option for your student-athletes is to put together a list of families that are willing to purchase a bulk film package together. Each student-athlete that contributes to the team film deal will get personal access to the game footage.
Team film orders are available on a first come, first-serve basis, so please secure your order at least 1 week before the event. Our team works very hard to build out a well-organized film schedule to ensure the highest quality of film. We can not guarantee orders placed the night before the event.

Who We Film:
Our event partners ask that we only market film to recruitable age groups. In other words, we only market individual and team packages to the classes of 2020 - 2023. If you are part of a team that is 2024 or younger, you are still welcome to place a film order. We will do our best to get our videography crew to your games. We will issue you a full refund for any games that we are not able to film.
The cost of team film is $250 per game, split amongst the participating families. We will only accept payment from one team representative/film organizer. The team film organizer is responsible for paying Cross Street Sports the full amount directly, then they can collect each family’s share separately.
There is no minimum number of games required for a team deal. We can only guarantee those games that are purchased pre-event. If we film additional games, they can be added to your order post-event. We do our best to film as many playoff games as possible at a tournament style event.
Discount / Price Per Family:
When you order film as a team, you save on film! The bigger the group, the bigger the savings.
The total cost of team film is the same ($250/game) no matter how many families participate in the team film deal. However, the more families you have participating, the more people you have to split the cost. A team film order split amongst an entire roster of 20 families will be far cheaper for each family than a team film order split amongst just 5 families.

We cannot collect payment or distribute refunds to each individual family that is a part of the team deal. All transactions must go through the organizer of the team film order.
Film will be ready 7 to 10 business days after the event. We ask that you provide us with a roster indicating which players are participating in the team film order, simply to ensure that everyone who is owed film receives it.
The film is delivered via email to the team deal organizer. The email will include view & download links for each of the purchased games. The team deal organizer can then share these links with any individuals who contributed to the team deal.
Additionally, Cross Street Sports uses SportsRecruits to efficiently distribute the game film to each individual family. The film will be uploaded to the SportsRecruits profile of each athlete listed on the roster that you provide. If an athlete listed on the roster does not already have a SportsRecruits profile, we will create a free one for them.

If we do not film your games due to scheduling errors or changes, a refund will be issued for the cost of each game that was missed directly to the organizer that submitted payment.
If playoff games are purchased prior to an event, and games are either not played or not filmed, a refund will be issued for the number of games not filmed.
Refunds will not be distributed to multiple families that contributed to the team deal - only to the team deal organizer. Instead of a refund, the organizer may choose to receive film from a previous event in lieu of a refund.
After the event, refunds will not be issued due to an inability to attend the event or weather delays/cancellations. If your game schedule is changed, we will do our best to accommodate those schedules changes.
