Team Film packages are available for purchase pre and post event to allow multiple families from the same team to purchase film at a discounted rate. For Team Film to be cost effective, teams need a minimum of about 5 families participating.
Purchasing & Pricing
The cost of team film is event-specific. Team Film packages include all games filmed of your team at an event. We do our best to film all games played at each event, including playoff games.
We will only accept payment from one team representative/film organizer. The team film organizer is responsible for paying Cross Street Sports the full amount directly. It is up to that individual to then collect each family’s share separately.
To place a team film order, simply purchase online via the event's film purchase page.
Paying for Team Film
Full payment for the order must be collected at the point of purchase through the Cross Street Sports website. The team film organizer is responsible for paying Cross Street Sports the full amount directly, then they can collect each family’s share separately. We cannot collect payment or distribute refunds to each individual family that is a part of the team deal. All transactions must go through the organizer of the team film order.
When you order film as a team, you save on film! The bigger the group, the bigger the savings. The total cost of team film is the same no matter how many families participate in the team film deal. However, the more families you have participating, the more people you have to split the cost. A team film order split amongst an entire roster of 20 families will be far cheaper for each family than a team film order split amongst just 5 families.
Team Film Delivery & Distribution
Film will be distributed no later than 10 business days following the event.
The team film organizer will receive an email from Cross Street Sports as soon as film is available. The email will include view & download links for each of the games purchased. These links allow for an unlimited number of downloads of the footage.
The team deal organizer is then responsible for forwarding this email to any and all families that participated in the team film deal to share the footage. Our staff at Cross Street Sports has no way of knowing who contributed to the team film deal and who did not, therefore we cannot be in charge of determining which athletes get access to the film.
Using the view + download links, families can do any of the following:
- View the complete game video (both panoramic + standard capture files)
- Download the game video files to a device
- Upload the game video files to a SportsRecruits profile
- Use the video files to build highlight reels
Integrated Clubs on SportsRecruits
If you team is part of an integrated club on SportsRecruits, be sure to indicate this when asked on the team film purchase page. If your team is integrated, in addition to providing the team film organizer with view + download links, we will also upload the video files to the Club Video tool on SportsRecruits.
From there, any of the club staff can login to SportsRecruits and choose to distribute the film to the SportsRecruits profiles of specific athletes or teams that are part of your club.
Refund Policy for Team Film
After the event, refunds will not be issued due to an inability to attend the event or weather delays/cancellations, missed playoff games/championships. If your game schedule is changed, we will do our best to accommodate those schedules changes.
Refunds will not be distributed to multiple families that contributed to the team deal - only to the team deal organizer. Instead of a refund, the organizer may choose to receive film from a previous event in lieu of a refund.
