• When Will My Film Be Ready?

  We film several events throughout the year. Click here to view our upcoming event schedule! Film is crucial for student-athletes to use throughout their college recruiting process.

  You will be contacted following the event & notified when your purchased games are available. This email will include a link to access your film through your athlete profile* and will be sent out no later than end-of-day 10 business days following the event. If you check the table below, you can see when the 10th business day is for all of our film events.

• Accessing Purchased Film

  You will be contacted following the event & notified when your purchased games are available. This email will include a link to access your film through your athlete account and will be sent out no later than end-of-day 10 business days following the event. If you check the table below, you can see when the 10th business day is for all of our film events.

   

   

  All event film is posted to the "Purchased Video" section of the SportsRecruits profile provided to you for rostering at the event. You should have received and email at the email address provided during registration/rostering. This email has an onboarding link and instructions for setting up your profile. If you cannot find the email, please remember to check your spam or junk folders.

  Once you have logged into your profile, navigate to the "Video" tab. The film you purchased is listed in the "Purchased" section. You can watch each game on your SportsRecruits account, and download the film directly to your computer as a video file.

   

  

• Purchasing Film Post-Event

  All of your Cross Street Sports film, purchased and available to be purchased, can be viewed in the Video section of your student-athlete profile on SportsRecruits. The SportsRecruits platform makes uploading your video easy. There are three separate sections in the "Video" tab on your student-athlete profile. 

  The “Film Store” Section

  This is where you can preview and purchase available film following an event. You can watch a three-minute preview of each game before purchasing. To purchase, click on “Buy Event Video.”

  After you purchase a film package from this page, it will immediately become available to view & download in the "My Videos" section.

  

  The ”My Videos” Section

  Hosts any video that you have purchased on Cross Street Sports, along with any video you uploaded to your profile. (including Hudl video, YouTube video, Vimeo, Krossover, etc).

  If a video is listed here, it does not mean that it has to be displayed on your student-athlete profile. Visibility of your video on your student-athlete profile only occurs once the visibility toggle is on (green).

  

  There are (3) actions you can perform on the video that you've uploaded. To access these actions click on the Blue Gear icon on the bottom left of each video. You will then see the following actions:

  1. 1. Edit: We recommend that you edit the video title and description to include eye-catching words or phrases.

     2. Delete video: The video will be deleted from your video library.  

     3. Download: You can download the video file to your computer.

• What Events Do You Sell Film For?

  Cross Street Sports

  We currently sell film for any events listed on the Cross Street Sports website. All events listed on the website are being filmed and sold by Cross Street Sports. If the event is not listed on the website it is not being filmed and sold by Cross Street Sports.

   

  To identify if your event is being fillmed by Cross Street Sports follow the below steps.

  • Navigate to https://crossstreetsports.com/

  

  • Click on the dropdown to choose your sport

  

  • Click on the drop to select your gender

  

  • Click on the dropdown to select whether the event is an Upcoming Event or a Past Event

  

   

• Team Film Orders: How It Works

  Team Film packages are available for purchase pre and post event to allow a team to purchase film at a discounted rate.

  Purchasing & Pricing

  The cost of team film is $1,000 and includes all games filmed of your team at an event. We do our best to film all games played at each event, including playoff all-star games.

  We will only accept payment from one team representative/film organizer. The team film organizer is responsible for paying Cross Street Sports the full amount directly. It is up to that individual to then collect each family’s share separately.

  To place a team film order, simply purchase online via the event's film purchase page.

  Paying for Team Film

  Full payment for the order must be collected at the point of purchase through the Cross Street Sports website. The team film organizer is responsible for paying Cross Street Sports the full amount directly, then they can collect each family’s share separately. We cannot collect payment or distribute refunds to each individual family that is a part of the team deal. All transactions must go through the organizer of the team film order. When you order film as a team, you save on film!

  Team Film Delivery & Distribution

  Film will be distributed no later than 10 business days following the event. 

  The team film organizer will receive an email from Cross Street Sports as soon as film is available. The email will include view & download links for each of the games purchased. These links allow for an unlimited number of downloads of the footage.

  **Note: If you are an integrated club, this film will not populate in your Club Storefront, you must manually add the film via the download links sent to the purchaser's email.

   

  Every athlete on the team’s roster will receive the film. There is no way to restrict which athletes will get film. 

  Using the view + download links, families can do any of the following:

  • View the complete game video (both panoramic + standard capture files)
  • Download the game video files to a device
  • Upload the game video files to a SportsRecruits profile
  • Use the video files to build highlight reels

  Refund Policy for Team Film

  After the event, refunds will not be issued due to an inability to attend the event or weather delays/cancellations, missed playoff games/championships. If your game schedule is changed, we will do our best to accommodate those schedules changes.

  Refunds will only be distributed to the team deal organizer. Instead of a refund, the organizer may choose to receive film from a previous event in lieu of a refund.
